COMMUNITY EDUCATION SEMINARS – REGISTRATIONS FILLING FAST!

Our Smart Strata Community Education Seminars are quickly approaching, and tickets are becoming limited. Smart Strata is pleased to present our latest series of Strata Community Education Seminars commencing next month, presented by foundation partners, Archers the Strata Professionals.

Series topics to be covered include Electric Vehicle (EV) readiness, by delving into the initial steps of assessing building suitability through to processing owner requests to install charging stations including how these can be administered. Capital Funding of expenses will also be explained including short and long-term planning, loan options, special levies and the different approval process for improvements vs maintenance.

We’ll be presenting in regions across Queensland starting in Airlie Beach before moving on to the Sunshine Coast & the Gold Coast then up to Cairns & Townsville finishing of in Brisbane. You will hear from a range of panellists, including strata Electric Vehicle (EV) expert, Strata Lawyers and high-level Finance specialist, plus several more big-league Strata experts.

Following the panel discussion, an open Q&A session with our expert panellists will continue to chat about everything strata and beyond to answer your questions. There will also be local suppliers to connect with during the networking sessions to keep you up to date with the latest product and service innovations with giveaways also on offer!
