2021 has certainly been a tumultuous year as we have aimed to guide strata communities through the myriad of issues faced each day. It has been a year where committees have had to continually adapt with legislation changes, new obstacles created by COVID impacts, and the ever-evolving crisis in the building and housing industry causing angst, delays and considerable cost increases.
The only thing certain is that we are all ready for a break! With that in mind, our offices are closing from 5.00pm Thursday 23rd December 2021 and will re-open at 8.30am Monday 10th January 2022. Archers clients are of course still able to access their records or send in request and application forms during the holidays by visiting the Archers website.
While our office might be closed, our supplier portal is very much open and many of the trusted suppliers listed will be open for business and contactable. We encourage you to always reference this site when looking for a trade or service provider for your strata community.
