We are Gold Coast based licensed General Builders and Project Managers with over 30 years’ construction experience across most facets of the industry and our technical abilities combined with our ability and desire to "think outside the box" allows us to effectively deliver our projects in line with your expectations.
ConPro Services have body corporate/strata and management rights real life knowledge so we understand the complexities of dealing with building, rectification and remedial works in a strata community. We are a small company with a lot of knowledge and we will help you out whichever way we can. We provide a personalised person to person service that sets us apart from the larger companies. Our typical services include:
- General Building and Construction.
- Compliance & Safety Work – Rectification of Building Code non-compliances (Fire & Fire Services, Balustrades & Handrails, Disability matters, Basement Ventilation, Exits, Ingress & Egress Issues).
- Renovation and Remedial Works – Structural and Aesthetical.
- Structural Building Rectification – Foundations, Retaining Walls, Building Facades.
- Balcony and Podium Leak Rectification – Membranes, Screed & Tiles.
- Building Inspections and Reports (NOTE – May Incur a Fee).
- Project Management Work – Hourly Rate or Fixed Fee (Pending Scope Clarity).
- Project Works that Require Multiple Trades and Where a Licensed Builder is Necessary.
