House Washing Heroes - If you're a seasoned Body Corporate Managers, Property Manager, Facilities Caretaker, you know that getting the external areas of multi-site properties cleaned sounds easy but can cause distractions, stress & issues. The solution is to work with a company who has an experienced Team, the right equipment & a planning process.

The process:

1. On-site meeting is booked.

Photos are taken including drone footage. A detailed quote is prepared to be forwarded to decision makers. The quote includes all documentation such as $20M insurance certificate of currency, etc.

2. Residents are notified.

A letter is distributed to all residents via email & physically in letter boxes and posted on notice boards. This explains when their area is being cleaned, how to prepare their property and who to contact if they have any questions.

3. Cleaning commences.

Each day is pre-planned and generally between 10-20 residences are cleaned per day. To maximise efficiency while minimising distraction, up to 4 vehicles and 8 Team Members may be on-site each day.  A Project Manager supervisor is on location during the activity.

4. Wrapping up.

At the end of the clean before & after photos are sent to the Body Corporate including a report summarising the work completed and any recommendations.
