Strata Community Association (Qld)

Strata Community Association (Qld) is Queensland’s leading representative body for the professional body corporate and community titles sector.

SCAQ advocates for and supports professional body corporate managers, their teams, and industry suppliers. Through legislative advocacy, education and professional development programs, and fostering strong industry connections, SCAQ works to strengthen and advance the strata sector across Queensland.

From its beginnings as a small, volunteer-led group of just six members, SCAQ has evolved into a professional body representing more than 1,200 individuals and businesses. Today, it supports one of Queensland’s fastest growing and most influential sectors of the economy.

SCAQ’s membership includes professional body corporate managers and a broad range of specialist service providers. The association advocates for meaningful legislative reform, assists members in meeting regulatory obligations, and delivers education, career development, and professional accreditation opportunities across the strata sector.
