Twice a year Smart Strata proudly delivers a seminar series to Queensland connecting the strata community to strata professionals.

Our next seminar series will be no different, as you will see, as we unveil our speaker line-up over the coming weeks.

Electric Vehicle Readiness and Capital Funding Explained 

Our expert panellists will cover the initial steps of assessing building suitability through processing requests to installing charging stations and how use can be administered. Capital funding of expenses, both short and long term planning including loan provisions, special levies and the different approval process for improvements and maintenance will also be covered.

Plus, there will be time for your specific strata questions to be asked and answered.

Our seminars are also a great way to meet suppliers that specialise in the strata industry, with networking time to mix and mingle with both suppliers and other strata owners, managers and committees whilst enjoying some delicious catering.
