By-Laws – The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (SEQ)
In this seminar series, our panel of experts will explore what is a good, a bad and what is a downright ugly by-law. They will explain why and what you can do to make your by-laws not only compliant with existing and new laws for pets and parking, but also how you can effectively communicate and seek community observance. We will delve into making and changing by-laws and also options for when you have recalcitrant residents that are causing disharmony within your community.
Insurance – Affordability and Accountability (NQ)
In this seminar series, our panel of experts will explore the re-insurance pool touted to assist with making insurance more affordable and also accountability of the insurers and brokers entrusted to provide the best value insurance cover terms for clients. They will explain the current status of the re-insurance pool and how to best utilise the options. They will also detail what measures are in place to disclose who is actually receiving your payment for insurance cover, what service is provided at each stage to receive any payments for managing your insurance policy and compulsory payment disclosure requirements along with additional best practice requirements to be totally transparent.
