2021 Statutory Land Valuations Released
It’s that time of year again. On 31 March 2021 the Valuer General issued new values for 25 local municipalities in QLD (see below).
You should receive these in the mail or by email depending on your choice of service.

Even if there is no change in the valuation it does not indicate that the value is correct. The biggest increase in value of primary production land was in the Diamantina Shire, which increased by 155.1 per cent.
The next highest was the Bulloo Shire Council area, with an increase of 127.5 per cent, followed by the Quilpie Shire with a 108.4 per cent rise.
The majority of south east Queensland has not been valued so the previous valuation will apply with no objection or appeal rights.
The last day to object is Monday 31st May 2021. After this date there will be no further chance to object.
