Commissioner’s Office Annual Fee Increase

Each year the fees for the services provided by the BCCM Office increase in line with the Consumer Price Index. Changes include fee increases for accessing body corporate records, whether by a lot owner or a non-lot owner. The fees for dispute resolution services will also be increasing including applications for conciliation, final orders and searching for adjudication orders.
