Bullying, Abuse, Harassment, Nuisance and Discrimination (BAHND) in Strata

Come and hear from the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management Chris Irons, Acting Commissioner Esther Blest and their representatives as they define what is “BAHND” in strata. They will provide helpful tips on what to do if you are on the receiving end of BAHND and where the line should be drawn.

An open forum designed to enable audience interaction will follow, led by our industry expert panelist and strata law specialists Frank Higginson (Hynes Legal) and Juliette Nairn (OMB Solicitors).

Along with the Commissioner’s office representative and your local Archers Strata Professional representative, the expert panel will all delve into the issue from the differing stakeholder points of view.

A further networking session will follow the presentation and panel discussion with a chance to chat direct with panelists and local service providers over refreshment.
