What does engaging CMBM mean?

Working with us, you have a single point of contact through our dedicated Client Service Managers (CSMs), who oversee service delivery and ensure quality of work. We value transparency and understand the importance of making sure our performance can be constantly assessed by you. Our quality assurance platform, known as Quality Management Control (QMC2), delivers work scheduling, inspection updates, work order functions, a communication portal and more. This is all accessible by you, the client.

We also see to it that our strong company buying power benefits you as the client too, and pride ourselves on helping your organisation achieve cost savings through better operational efficiencies.

CMBM are committed to maintaining the highest WHS and compliance standards to ensure the safety of our people, and your staff, clients, residents and visitors. We are ISO accredited in Safety, Quality and Environmental Management, and have well developed work practices, controls and risk mitigation strategies embedded in our daily operations.

Partnering for Success

In 2017 CMBM partnered with Multhana Property Services to create opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the cleaning, building and property maintenance industries in Queensland. Together, we can make a significant difference to the employment of Indigenous people, and further support sustainable economic development for Indigenous communities.
