EV Charging Infrastructure
EV charging is now a standing item on many body corporate agendas. Residents want to charge at home, but shared buildings raise real questions — electrical capacity, metering, cost allocation, and common property approval.

We guide committees through each of these. It starts with a load assessment to confirm what the building's infrastructure can support, followed by clear recommendations on charger types, metering options, and staged rollout where full capacity isn't yet available.

Switchboard Upgrades
Many strata buildings across South East Queensland are still running switchboards installed at construction — long before air conditioning, EV charging, and modern appliance loads became the norm. We deliver full switchboard upgrades for body corporate properties, including multi-meter panel replacement, distribution board upgrades, and metering reconfiguration. Compliance Testing & Documentation
Body corporate committees carry legal responsibility for electrical safety. Compliance testing isn't optional — and incomplete documentation leaves the committee and building owner exposed.

Car parks, stairwells, lobbies, gardens, pathways, bin areas — common area lighting runs long hours and wears hard. Replacing fittings one at a time as they fail is slow and costly. We assess lighting across the whole building and recommend upgrades where they pay off, typically LED replacement with sensor control in low-traffic areas — lower energy costs, better visibility, less ongoing maintenance.

Data, Security & Communications
We install and maintain the shared communications infrastructure strata buildings depend on — intercom systems, CCTV, access control wiring, and common area data cabling.

Planned Maintenance Programs
Reactive maintenance is expensive and unpredictable — a car park light fails, a safety switch trips, an emergency light battery dies, and the cost of leaving it lands harder than the cost of catching it early.

Our planned maintenance programs replace that cycle with scheduled inspections and servicing.
