The Urban Development Institute of Australia Queensland (UDIA Queensland) is a non-profit peak industry body governed by a Board of Directors.

For over 50 years, we have played an integral role in Queensland’s property industry, growing to become the state’s largest network of community creators. Our members span both the public and private sectors, bringing together professionals who plan, design, and deliver the land, parks, open spaces, recreational facilities, buildings, and homes that shape our communities.

We play a pivotal role in influencing the decisions that impact the property development industry, advocating for outcomes that support sustainable, well-planned growth. At the heart of everything we do is our commitment to our members—ensuring their voices are heard at the highest levels of government through strong and effective advocacy.
