REMINDER 2023 STATUTORY VALUATIONS (QLD)
This is a friendly reminder that on 17 March 2023 the Valuer General issued new values for 24 local government areas (LGA’s) in QLD (see below). You should have received these in the mail or by email depending on your choice of service.
We have not seen all the promised reductions for the February 2022 floods, that the Valuer General detailed in 2022. If you flooded you should review your latest Statutory Value.

Even if there is no change in the valuation it does not indicate that the value is correct.
The last day to object is Tuesday, 16th May 2023. After this date there will be no further chance to object.
