About Jason Carlson – A National Leader in Strata Law

Jason Carlson is a Partner at Chambers Russell Lawyers, and a recognised leader in strata and community titles law. He has represented bodies corporate in some of the most significant strata litigation cases in Queensland over the past decade and a half.

His focus areas include:

✔ Dispute resolution – Providing effective strategies to manage and resolve internal conflicts.
✔ Strategic advisory – Guiding committees and managers through legislative and operational complexities.
