    How does the body corporate enforce compliance with covenants within a community title estate, when breached by lot owner.

    Hi William – the enforcement of covenants as by-laws arwe the same as any other process, and with respect to your first question, the answer could be a bit grey because it really comes down to conduct as to whether the body corporate knows or did know about it. usually the answer would be ‘no’ though
