HAPPY HOLIDAYS

As Christmas draws closer and business begins to wrap up for 2023 Smart Strata and our foundation partners Archers the Strata Professionals, Strata Compliance Solutions and Marsh Advantage Insurance, wanted to take this opportunity to say a Merry Christmas and thank you for all your support this year.

We started 2023, like many businesses around us ready to hit the ground running after a turbulent few years. Reflecting on all that this year was, however, we are beyond proud of what we have achieved and how we have grown.

Within 2023, Smart Strata held 12 seminars throughout Queensland that saw just under 1000 Owners and Committee Members attend (if you missed these you can still view all the updates HERE. Our topics of focus this year were  Electric Vehicle Readiness and Capital Funding Explained & EV Risk Mitigation & Solar is it Worth it? We sent out 50 Strata Updates that included 110 articles that have collectively been read over 620,000 times. We have an active database of over 49,700 subscribers and 256 active preferred suppliers around QLD.

Smart Strata have big plans for 2024, with 2 x seminar series that will be bigger and better than ever and some excellent informative content on topical situations within the Strata community lined up. Our first series of seminar dates and venues have now been released! So, save the date and we will definitely see you there! The topic for our upcoming May 2024 seminars will be released early 2024 so watch this space!
