Juliette Nairn adjudicates the Gold Coast Great Strata Debate

“Rules are not necessarily sacred, principles are!” Franklin D. Roosevelt.

Whether you agree with Roosevelt or not will largely impact how you approach most interactions, and unfortunately in strata communities you will find people who sit on each side of the fence dividing owners, residents and committees into rule followers vs rule interpreters.

At our upcoming Strata Community Education seminar series we will explore both perspectives to try to reach agreement as to the one that leads to the most harmonious outcome within strata communities.

To adjudicate the discussion on the Gold Coast we have none other than Juliette Nairn, Partner, OMB Solicitors.

ABOUT JULIETTE NAIRN, OMB SOLICITORS

Juliette has over 20 years body corporate experience and assists committees with all legal issues that arise in the everyday running of a body corporate.

Juliette was admitted as a Solicitor in 1993 after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from Bond University and has worked almost exclusively for bodies corporate in a range of transactional and Litigation matters since 1997.

In acting on behalf of bodies corporate, Juliette is able to assist committees to deal with all legal issues that arise in the every day running of a body corporate. The types of matters Juliette deals with each day include levy recovery, assignment of management rights, providing advice on deeds of variation and complex caretaking and letting disputes.

In addition to this, since Juliette understands every body corporate is unique with its own multi-dimensional issues, she is able to provide long-term practical legal advice and has an exceptional track record in providing advice to ensure the best possible outcome for your committee.

Juliette is no stranger to past attendees of our Gold Coast seminars and is known for being able to answer the myriad of questions that strata communities face.

Now it is time to see how she will manage our debaters and keep them on track for a lively, yet educational debate that will work towards helping all strata communities overcome their challenges, disputes, or knowledge gaps to create a harmonious environment.
