Community Educations Seminars – Next Speaker Announced

Discussion is the exchange of knowledge. If you want a good discussion, have it with knowledgeable people. Here at Smart Strata, we have been working behind the scenes to create a panel of not only knowledgeable debaters but also industry leaders with relevant experience.  The next debater on our panel is no exception.

In the past weeks, we announced that Chris Irons, Strata Solve, and Juliette Nairn, OMB Solicitors would adjudicate the Great Strata Debate taking place Queensland-wide in May and June. Last week it was then revealed that Jason Carlson, Grace Lawyers would be our first panelist. But who will be taking to the stage with Jason?

We are honored to have Australian Resident Accommodation Managers Association (ARAMA) Chief Executive Officer Trevor Rawnsley join our panel of experts. ARAMA is the Peak Industry Body which represents the interests of people who are involved in Management Rights.

As CEO, Trevor is responsible for the financial performance of the association, member liaison, and operational advice. Also responsible for sponsorship liaison, organising branch, State, and national committees, and producing members’ educational and information events.

Prior to this role, Trevor and his wife Kate held the Management & Letting Rights to Nobbys Outlook and later Aristocrat Apartments both of which are self-contained tourist accommodation buildings on the Gold Coast.

Trevor is backed with years of experience and will bring an insight opinion on the topics to be discussed as part of the Strata Great Debate.
